Primary Works

Russell, W. — The Universal One (1926) First publication of Russell Cosmogony. Contains original periodic charts. University of Science and Philosophy. The book Russell sent to 125 world scientists in 1926.

Russell, W. — The Secret of Light (1947) Walter Russell Foundation. Revised cosmological framework. Contains revised periodic charts. Most complete statement of Russell’s unified theory.

The Element Predictions

Andrew Wolff — Adjunct Professor of Chemistry — Quora Analysis Direct assessment of both charts: “Remarkable insights and some incorrect predictions.” Technetium gap confirmed. Second chart corrects first chart’s errors while retaining predictions. Source: GitHub — Nick Maleki / secret-of-light https://github.com/nickmaleki/secret-of-light

Technetium Discovery — 1937 Element 43. First element confirmed to have no stable isotopes. Discovered by Perrier and Segrè. Russell left a gap for it in 1926. Eleven year gap confirmed.

Transuranic Elements Neptunium (element 93) — first synthetic transuranic. Created 1940 — McMillan and Abelson. Russell predicted unstable elements beyond Uranium in 1926. Fourteen year gap confirmed.
