The Starting Point
The human body is approximately 70% water by mass.
Not background. Not container. The majority of what you are is water.
Every frequency in your environment — natural or synthetic — passes through that water. Every electromagnetic field you inhabit interacts with it. Every sound wave you encounter moves through it.
If water responds to frequency in any meaningful way then the body is not just exposed to the frequency environment around it. The body is inside it. Continuously. At the cellular level.
This note documents what the research actually shows about water and frequency — honestly, with the counterarguments included, because the truth here is interesting enough without overclaiming.
Cymatics in Water —
What Is Directly Observable
When frequency is applied to water it creates three dimensional interference patterns — geometric standing waves that change with every change in frequency and collapse when the frequency stops.
This is directly observable, repeatable, and documented. Hans Jenny filmed it continuously from the 1960s onwards.
The patterns produced:
- Concentric geometric rings
- Mandalas and radial symmetry
- Hexagonal lattice formations
- Spiral interference patterns

Gerald Pollack and EZ Water —
The Honest Account
Dr. Gerald Pollack is a Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington, recipient of the 2012 Prigogine Medal, editor of the academic journal Water, and author of peer reviewed research on water structure.
He is not a fringe figure. He is a decorated university professor whose experimental findings have been reproduced by multiple independent labs.
His central finding — confirmed and replicated — is this: verified
Water near hydrophilic surfaces — surfaces with a strong attraction to water, like the surfaces of cell proteins — forms a distinct exclusion zone (EZ) that behaves differently from bulk water. This zone excludes particles and solutes from a region extending hundreds of thousands of molecular layers from the surface.
The exclusion zone properties:
- Net negative charge
- Higher viscosity than bulk water
- Higher refractive index
- Grows when exposed to infrared and other light
- Powered by radiant energy from the environment
This phenomenon is in peer reviewed publications. It has been reproduced. It is real. verified
What is contested — be honest:
Pollack’s explanation for why the exclusion zone behaves this way is contested by mainstream chemistry.
He proposes that water in the EZ changes its molecular structure to a form he calls H₃O₂. A 2019 critical review published in PMC found that the EZ phenomenon itself is real and reproducible but that alternative explanations — particularly diffusiophoresis — may better account for the core observations without requiring a structural change.
A UNSW chemistry professor stated directly: the H₃O₂ formula is chemically problematic. Any water structure beyond regular H₂O would dissipate within picoseconds at room temperature.
The commercial “structured water” products that cite his research are not supported by his peer reviewed work — he has kept health claims out of his publications.
The honest position: The EZ phenomenon is real and replicated. Pollack’s structural explanation for it is contested. The commercial products are snake oil.
Note: Pollack has his own commercial structured water company — 4th-Phase Inc. This conflict of interest is worth holding alongside the research. The phenomenon is still replicated by independent labs. But the commercial interest exists and belongs in the picture.

What The EZ Finding Means
For The Body
Every macromolecule in the cell — every protein, every enzyme — is a hydrophilic surface. EZ water envelops them all.
If the cell’s water is in an ordered state responsive to light and electromagnetic frequency then every frequency in the body’s environment is interacting with the ordered water that surrounds every macromolecule in every cell.
Not thermal interaction. Structural and electrical interaction at the cellular interface.
This is why the frequency environment the body inhabits is not an abstract concern. It is a biological one. credible
Infrared Light and Cellular Water
Pollack’s most replicated finding and the most directly applicable to this vault: EZ water grows when exposed to infrared light.
Natural sunlight contains abundant infrared radiation. The human body is designed to be bathed in it daily.
In one documented experiment: an embryo heart was stopped by potassium chloride injection. Blood flow dropped but did not stop completely. When infrared light was applied to the embryo, blood flow increased by approximately three times. When the light was removed, flow returned to the reduced level.
The implication: infrared light from the sun may be directly energizing cellular water in ways that drive biological function — including circulation — independently of the heart’s mechanical pumping. credible
This connects directly to The Sun & Human Biology and Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) — blocking the sun is not just blocking warmth. It may be blocking a primary energy source for cellular water function.
The Body as a Cymatic Instrument
If water organizes itself around frequency and the body is 70% water then every frequency in the environment is running a continuous experiment inside the cells.

Masaru Emoto —
The Honest Position
No note on water and frequency can ignore Masaru Emoto. And no honest vault can present his work uncritically.
Emoto photographed water crystals after exposing water to different words, music, and intentions. Water exposed to positive input formed symmetrical crystals. Water exposed to negative input formed disordered structures.
The honest assessment:
Emoto’s experiments were not blinded. The people photographing crystals knew which samples had received which treatment. Confirmation bias in selecting which crystals to photograph is a serious concern he never adequately addressed.
Formal attempts to replicate his results under blinded conditions have not succeeded.
His work is listed here as #investigate — not verified, not credible. The phenomenon he described is interesting. The methodology does not support the conclusions he drew.
Do not cite Emoto as evidence. The EZ water research of Pollack is the stronger and more honest framework for water’s response to its environment.

Synthetic Frequency and
Cellular Water
Dr. Ross Adey’s research — documented in MKUltra — showed that weak electromagnetic fields affect calcium ion movement across cell membranes. The mechanism he proposed involved the water layer at the cell surface as the mediating medium.
Whether WiFi, 5G, and cellular radiation at the intensities of daily exposure produce measurable changes in cellular water structure and function is not yet established in peer reviewed literature at the scale needed to draw firm conclusions.
What is established:
- The EZ phenomenon is real
- Cell water is in an ordered state responsive to energy
- Weak EM fields produce biological effects at the cellular interface (Adey — peer reviewed)
- Safety standards for wireless radiation are based on thermal effects only and do not account for non-thermal biological effects
The gap between what is established individually and what has been tested as a unified system is where the honest investigate tag lives.
The Womb —
The First Frequency Medium
The most protected water environment in nature is the womb.
Amniotic fluid is the medium in which the first frequency experiment of a human life occurs. The embryonic heart creates pressure waves in this fluid beginning on Day 22. The mother’s heart creates the dominant low frequency bass pulse in that environment.
Two frequency sources. One water medium. The interference pattern between them may be what organises the developing cells into their correct geometric positions.
And the standing wave pattern of that specific interference, crystallised into the surface of developing skin — may be what becomes a fingerprint.

Practical Implications
What the research supports: credible
- Infrared light from natural sunlight builds ordered cellular water. Time in natural sunlight is not just vitamin D production. It is cellular hydration at a level beyond drinking.
- The sound environment you live in matters at a cellular level. The acoustic frequencies around you are running continuous experiments in the water of your cells.
- Chronic exposure to incoherent synthetic frequencies may create chronic cellular incoherence over time.
- Reduction of chronic synthetic electromagnetic exposure removes a continuous source of energetic interference with cellular water function.
