What This Folder Is
The second pillar of The Source.
The first pillar — The Natural World — documents what the human biological system actually is. A frequency system calibrated to this planet over four billion years of co-evolution. A nervous system tuned to the Earth’s electromagnetic heartbeat. A body built through acoustic pressure in fluid. A consciousness that generates measurable electromagnetic fields.
This pillar documents who is intervening in that system. How. With what tools. And what the documented consequences are.
This is not a folder about villains. It is a folder about incentives systems and the documented consequences of concentrated power operating without adequate accountability.
History does not require malicious masterminds to produce catastrophic outcomes. It requires incentive structures that reward a specific type of behaviour — and the removal of the checks that would otherwise constrain it.
The Core Idea
There is a convergence — not a single conspiracy — of institutions individuals and agencies that have positioned themselves to manage:
- The global climate
- The global information environment
- Human behaviour and emotion
- The frequency environment of the planet
- The healthcare system
- The food system
- The financial system
They did not announce this. They built it incrementally over decades through technology policy financial control and the standardisation of systems that were previously distributed and local.
This is not a single conspiracy with a single villain. It is a convergence of incentives among institutions and individuals who believe — or whose financial interests align with the belief — that managing the world is better than allowing it to self-organise.
History has a word for this level of arrogance. It never ends well. credible
The Two Levers
The managed world operates through two primary control mechanisms documented across this folder:
The Thermostat — Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) Control over global temperature. Whoever controls the aerosol programme controls the climate. Drought rainfall crop yields and the habitability of regions become policy decisions made by a small group without democratic mandate.
A private company called Make Sunsets has already been conducting unauthorised SAI deployments from weather balloons since 2022. No permission obtained. No oversight body notified. The technology is not exotic. The governance is nonexistent. #verified
The Sensor Array — The Planetary Nervous System Real-time data on what every human is doing thinking and feeling through surveillance capitalism 6G sensing and behavioural AI. Not for advertising alone — for prediction and influence at a scale and precision that makes every previous surveillance system look primitive.
Together these form a complete operating system for Earth. A thermostat and a nervous system. One manages the environment. One manages the population inside it.
Who
Not a shadowy unified group. A documented coalition of overlapping interests: verified
Silicon Valley and AI companies: OpenAI Google Meta Microsoft and others building the infrastructure of prediction and behavioural influence while racing to build systems their own researchers describe as potentially the most dangerous technology in human history. Financial infrastructure: The institutions that profit from surveillance capitalism and whose continued profit depends on maintaining and expanding behavioural prediction. See Surveillance Capitalism

These groups do not always coordinate directly. They do not need to. Their incentives align.
Why
Short term: Predictability. An unpredictable climate and an unpredictable population are threats to economic and political stability. Control the environment. Control the information environment. Reduce unpredictability. Protect the system. credible
Medium term: Competitive advantage. The nation or corporation that controls the most accurate predictive model of human behaviour controls the most powerful economic and political lever in history. Data is not the new oil. Prediction is the new oil. credible
Long term: The architecture of permanence. A subset of these actors explicitly discuss building systems that outlast individual human lifespans — AI that continues their work climate infrastructure that locks in decisions for centuries social systems designed to be self-perpetuating. Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset explicitly calls for “building entirely new foundations for our economic and social systems.” He said this in his own published book. verified
Whether that is benevolent or dangerous depends entirely on who designs the foundations — and whether anyone else has a meaningful say in it.
The Great Reset —
The Honest Account
The Great Reset is a real initiative. It is also one of the most overclaimed conspiracy topics of the last five years. The vault holds both.
What is documented: verified
The World Economic Forum launched the Great Reset initiative in June 2020 under Klaus Schwab. Its stated goal: “build the foundations of our economic and social systems for a more fair sustainable and resilient future.”
Three core components per Schwab’s own published statements:
- Steering markets toward fairer outcomes through taxes regulations and trade policy
- Building green infrastructure using pandemic spending and private investment
- Harnessing the Fourth Industrial Revolution for the public good
Political leaders including Justin Trudeau Joe Biden Jacinda Ardern and Boris Johnson publicly endorsed its framework. It is a real policy initiative with real elite institutional backing. verified
What the WEF’s own research documents: verified
The WEF’s Global Risks Report 2025 — published by the WEF itself — states: “Deeper digitalization can make surveillance easier for governments companies and threat actors.” “Increased state surveillance of citizens and restrictions on individual freedoms may become more commonplace in the name of national security.”
The institution proposing to reset global systems acknowledges in its own published research that the digital infrastructure being built enables authoritarian surveillance. That tension is in the WEF’s own documents. verified
The honest counterpoint:
The Great Reset is not a secret plan for world domination. It is a publicly stated economic reform agenda that different people read very differently depending on their political priors.
The right sees it as socialism. The left sees it as technocratic capitalism rebranding itself. Both critiques are documented in mainstream academic literature.
What the vault documents is not the conspiracy version. It is the documented concern about who designs the foundations of global systems and whether the people whose lives depend on those systems have meaningful input into their design. credible
The Pattern of Managed History
The managed world did not begin in 2020 or 2015 or 2001.
Every enclosure that concentrated previously common resources into private or institutional control is documented history:
- The enclosure of common land — removing access to nature
- The standardisation of education — controlling the transmission of knowledge
- The standardisation of time zones — controlling the rhythm of daily life

- The privatisation of water — controlling life

Each step removed one more layer of human autonomy and placed it under institutional control.
The The Planetary Nervous System is the next layer. The mind and body directly. Not through force — through infrastructure so embedded in daily life that opting out becomes practically impossible.
The Arrogance Problem
The fatal flaw in every management system is this:
Complex systems cannot be fully modelled.
The Earth is a complex system. The human mind is a complex system. The interaction between eight billion humans across thousands of cultures and ecosystems is a complex system.
Intervening in any of these with the certainty that you understand all the variables is not intelligence. It is arrogance.
And there are hundreds of ways this goes wrong. Catastrophically wrong.

The people designing these systems have 80-year lifespans. The systems they are designing have century-scale consequences. The people who will live with those consequences are not being consulted. credible
The Counter
The counter to the managed world is documented in The Natural World.
Not violent resistance. Not withdrawal from society. Biological recalibration.
A human being who is:
- Grounded in natural frequency
- Aware of what is being disrupted and why

Is fundamentally different in their predictability than one who is not.
You cannot be nudged if you can see the nudge coming. You cannot be managed if your biological systems are coherent enough to register what is being done to them.
Awareness is not passive. At a frequency level it is active interference.

Who decides?
Who decides the target temperature of the planet? Who decides what information reaches two billion people’s feeds? Who decides which medicines can be prescribed? Who decides which chemicals go in the water supply? Who decides the frequency of all music globally? Who decides which political movements get infiltrated and destroyed? Who decides when a diplomat is a legitimate target for a directed energy weapon?
The answers are in the notes of this folder. They are documented. They are sourced. They are not conspiracy.
They are the most important questions in the world answered by people who were never elected to answer them.
