What This Note Is
The Planetary Nervous System is not a metaphor.
It is the name for a convergence of documented technologies and institutional projects that — taken together — constitute a real-time monitoring and influence system for the entire human population.
No single actor designed it. No single document describes it. It emerged from the alignment of incentives across surveillance capitalism geoengineering AI and electromagnetic infrastructure development.
The name belongs to the pattern that emerges when you map all the documented systems together.
The Sensor Layer
Surveillance capitalism — the psychological layer: Every major digital platform builds a continuously updated predictive model of every user — mapping fears desires vulnerabilities political beliefs relationship patterns and emotional states through behavioural data.

The Frequency Dimension
This vault documents that life is fundamentally a frequency system.

What Grounds You
Here is what the architects of this system understand and why it matters:

Whether that world would be safer or more just or more healthy than the one it replaces is the question that has not been asked of the people who will live in it.
That is the managed world’s fundamental problem. Not malice. The absence of consent.
